A Perfect Start to the Weekend

I wish it would stay as pretty as it was today for like 7 straight days.   I cannot praise God enough for the sunny day .  A perfect Friday. 

I had the doors opened this morning and after coffee and breakfast,  we eat oatmeal Monday through Friday and take a break on weekends.  It is good for your heart. Anyway,(moving along after that rabbit trail) I cleaned the house this morning and it looks so pretty and smells so good right now.  I usually try and clean the house on Friday so we can have a clean house on the weekends. ;)

Afterwards my friend  G (who is more like a daughter) went to Sonic for lunch.  It has been months since I have had a cherry limeaid. Refreshing.

Then I decided to go to Ross and try and find something to wear for Easter but to no avail and I am looking for summer capri jammies and still can't find any I like. :(

After that we headed to Hobby Lobby.  I bought a few Easter decorations.  I bought a wreath hanger that says  He Is Risen on it and I am going to leave it up until Fall.  I love it!  

Then it was on to Wal Mart to try and get ink for our printer but of course they were out of the one we needed.  We played in the Lawn and Garden area.   I found a swing I want.   I think that will be a Mother's Day present. :)

We came home and my son and G headed to work and my other son had a friend spend the night and we grilled out.   The evening was perfect for sitting on the front porch and feeling the cool breeze as the sun was going down.  

I sat out back while my brother grilled and took a few pictures.   I hope you enjoy them. :)

While sitting out back this red bird was singing in the branches.  I asked God to keep that bird still until I could get my camera. This is zoomed like 80x and red birds are my favorite bird.

My red bird switched trees but I got him. :) 

A bunny.  I scared it and it went hopping across the street and again I asked God to still the rabbit so I could snap a picture.

A perfect Friday!!  Tomorrow is supposed to be a repeat of today and I plan on enjoying being outdoors tomorrow.  That and watching the Lady Vols and our Vols men's team play their games tomorrow.

My sons and their friend are thinking of going to the driving range tomorrow to hit golfballs and I may go with them OR they may play miniature golf.
