Praise the Lord. How good it is to sing praises to our God, how pleasant and fitting to praise him! Psalm 147:1
I am thankful, as most of you know, for finding a new church since we moved! My son told me this was the first Sunday that he didn't dread. He was tired of going from church to church. I am thankful for the woman who God put in my path to show us where to go and told us a little about the church in what little time we had that morning.
I am thankful for the things God is teaching me in His Word.
I am thankful that God is our Redeemer, Friend, Witness and Advocate.
I am thankful for being able to see God working in my children's lives.
I am thankful that my best friend Cecelia and my good friend Jennifer are coming to visit at the end of February. I haven't seen them in a few months and we think that is to long. :o) We are planning on playing Phase 10 and eating some good food and I am not sure what else we are going to do but I am sure it will be a weekend full of laughter!!!
I am thankful for the sweet ladies who visit here on Friday and share the ways God has shown His presence to them throughout the week and I am thankful God called us to do this because it is all to the glory of God!
I am thankful that God protected us through the storms last night.
I am thankful for the warmer weather we had for a few days. I think I am ready for Spring.

Your the God Stop Lady--nice to meet you. Several of the girls I visit with do this. BTW-I think this is a fantastic idea. It really makes us think--and I like that and I know God does.

Well...today on Wednesday night I am soooooo thankful for Bible study. We are currently doing Wising Up in my home each Wed. morning....this weeks lesson was on friendship! WOW! POWERFUL STUFF! I'm thankful for teachers, my friends, His Word and His work in every.single.detail of our lives.
I just sit in awe of Him and feel a fresh love for His beauty all over again.
